Shipping Policy

All Erie Vintage orders are shipped within the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Please note that processing time does not include transit time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Erie Vintage uses shipping services through Shippo, and the carrier selected may vary depending on the order and destination.

Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays, sales, new drops, or periods of high order volume.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Erie Vintage is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other issues caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Erie Vintage is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, Erie Vintage cannot guarantee that the order can be redirected or replaced.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order ships.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of vintage clothing, Erie Vintage does not accept returns or exchanges.

Please carefully review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing.

Vintage clothing may show signs of previous wear, including minor imperfections, fading, or other characteristics consistent with its age.

Any significant flaws will be noted in the item description.

If you believe you received an item that is significantly different from its description or damaged during shipment, please contact us at erievintage@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.
